Good to know
Do you repair printers you didn’t sell?
Absolutely. We repair and service FDM 3D printers of all makes and models — Creality, Prusa, Bambu Lab, Anycubic, Sovol and more.
Do I have to bring it to Swansea?
You can drop off at our showroom, or post your printer to us from anywhere in the UK. Get in touch first and we’ll advise on safe packing and give you the address.
How much will it cost?
There’s a £30 diagnostic fee to assess the fault, which comes off your bill if you go ahead with the repair. You’ll always get a fixed quote to approve before we carry out any chargeable work. Any parts needed are charged on top and shown in your quote.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 3–5 working days. If we need to order a specific part in it may take a little longer — we’ll keep you posted.
What if it can’t be fixed?
If a machine isn’t economical to repair we’ll tell you honestly and only charge the diagnostic fee. We can then help you pick the right replacement from the showroom.
Not sure what’s wrong? Just ask.
Give the showroom a call or drop us a message — we’re happy to talk it through.
