Returns & Refunds
We want you to be confident shopping with 3DFLO. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to resolve it fairly and efficiently.
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns period from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer unless instructed to do so.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Gift cards
- Digital or downloadable products
- Software or firmware
- Opened or used consumables (including filament, resin, adhesives, sprays, and coatings)
- Items damaged due to misuse, modification, or incorrect handling
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at enquiries@3DFLO.com.
Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos where possible. We’ll assess the issue and advise on the next steps, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider (processing times can vary)
- Contact your bank

Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are treated the same as full-price items under this policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item is faulty or damaged, we’ll arrange a replacement where appropriate. Please contact us at enquiries@3DFLO.com for assistance.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked and insured service for returns, particularly for higher-value items. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
