I’m new to 3D printing — where do I start?

If you’re new to 3D printing, don’t worry — everyone starts somewhere. If you’re unsure which printer or materials are right for you, get in touch before ordering and we’ll help point you in the right direction.

Do you offer advice before I buy?

Yes. We’re happy to offer straightforward guidance to help you choose the right product for your needs. Just bear in mind we’re a retail business — advice is focused on the products we stock and support.

Are your products covered by warranty?

Yes. All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Warranty terms vary by product and brand, and full details can usually be found on the product page.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Full details can be found on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes, Click & Collect is available on selected items. If this option is available for your order, it will be shown at checkout. Please wait for confirmation before visiting, as some items may require preparation time.

Can I collect my order the same day?

Same-day collection isn’t guaranteed. If you need an item urgently, please contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day returns period in addition to your statutory rights. Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging. Full details are available on our Returns & Refunds page.

Can I return opened filament or consumables?

No — for hygiene and quality reasons, opened or used consumables such as filament, resin, adhesives, or sprays cannot be returned unless faulty.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

If something arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at enquiries@3DFLO.com. Include your order number and photos where possible, and we’ll sort it out promptly.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship to UK mainland addresses only. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?
